Checking out binoculars

I've been thinking about getting a pair of binoculars for a very long time, they would come in really handy with the sea views we have around here. I really know nothing about them though and have only used them on a few occasions. May have to start researching them may start with checking out these ncstar binoculars, no beter place to start I think. I can see it now, checking out the goings on on some of the islands we have around here.

Basketball Injuries

A few months ago I was playing basketball and I blew my knee out, seemed to pop right out of place and there was instant pain, I couldn't walk for a week. I have a similar problem with my ankles, I used to roll them a lot, but I'm guessing that if I had ankle support basketball wouldn't be so damaging.

I guess I could just be a bit more careful.
