Working Construction

I've worked a couple construction jobs in the past, can be really hard work, though varied and man did it keep me fit. I miss it really, but getting back into it takes a little getting used to, I remember the pain of my first week, after the weekend though, I felt like I could lift the buildings I was working on.

Construction really is a fulfilling job.

Creatine Muscles

I can't really say what creatine powders are, but I do know they have something to do with body building and seeing that I'm pumping iron at the moment maybe I should get some... I think I may just eat some more egg whites.

I remember a friend of mine, right into his weight lifting taking some, said it went straight to the muscle, repaired them faster than anything and meant he could lift more for longer periods of time.

Pumping Iron

With any diet you need a good plan and a good way to start is by researching online, such as nutrisystem reviews and asking the advice of those who know what it takes. I've said this many times, all it takes is a well balanced diet and exercise. At the moment I'm pumping some iron and holy cow does it feel good, each day it feels like I can go an extra couple sets more than I did the day before, it hurts and I love it.

Decent Scopes

I'm right into my scopes and what not, though I don't own anything decent. I've been on the lookout for a good pair of binoculars for ages, though something that I can use with my video camera as well. Sounds like a funky set-up I know, but I need multiple uses for the things I buy or it's not really worth it.

Summer Pimples

I don't know what it is, maybe it's the warming weather, but I'm breaking out in pimples and in the strangest places, so I'm on the lookout for the best acne treatment, especially to get rid of this one on the tip of my nose.

Though I guess any treatment is more preventative than it is an actual cure, except for that treatment that gets rid of them for like 5 years, what's up with that juice?

Burning That Belly Fat

Really, I wouldn't know the first thing about how to burn belly fat, though I have a theory. In some cases that little belly isn't really fat at all, it's just excess skin, oil that puppy up and get some sun on it. I guess sweating it could get rid of that belly as well, along with regular crunches.

Though if you loose a lot of weight you'll be left with skin.

RED Trailer

Seems to be a lot of movies like this one coming out lately, getting sick of them, but not for RED, kind of looking forward to it.

Collecting Flashlights

I've got my fair share of led flashlights, became sort of an addiction. I barely ever had any flashlights around the house until I got a nice pocket sized one as a gift, I found it incredibly useful and ever since I can't stop buying them for this, there and the other place.

It's surprising how many times they come in handy, it's a wonder how I ever got by without them.

MPL PA Update

Hello you fellas, I've probably said this a lot, but I have some upcoming plans for My Paranormal Life and Paranormal Activities, mainly this site will be a catch all for all the paranormal videos I find and Paranormal Activities will be for more in depth analysis of certain videos.

I'm hoping to have things more streamlined, an easier work load on me and more videos for you.

Cigar Smoke

I don't think I've had a Rocky Patel cigar before and I've had a few cigars in my life. Some people can't stand them, but I love the smell. A lot people think you have to inhale and have trouble getting started and stop almost immediately, in that case I usually tell to let it burn down and enjoy the ambient aroma the cigar leaves behind.
